Meditation and mindfulness techniques are a well respected way to deal with anxiety, and distraction but the skills that underlie  meditation also support being creative and innovative.

Meditation practice develops a sense of vivid presence which is a continuously developing process from distracted and dissipated consciousness into the positive and expansive qualities of  a creative  mind.

Meditation methods are  a very effective way of entering into a relaxed yet alert presence of mind.

The methods I teach have their roots in the  principles  of Buddhist meditation and have been developed and adapted to suit  modern life. They are explained in non-religious and contemporary language.
